SEC Chairman to provide regulatory framework for on-chain security token trading

U.S. SEC Chairman Paul Atkins stated at the Economic Club of Washington that the agency will promote the on-chain migration of markets and provide a framework for the on-chain trading of security tokens. He emphasized that an innovation exemption provision for this purpose will be announced soon.
