Q1 crypto trading volume fell by one-third to $17.9T

Cryptocurrency market trading volume reached $17.9 trillion in the first quarter of this year, a one-third decrease from the previous quarter, EmberCN reported, citing a report from crypto information platform TokenInsight. Derivatives trading accounted for 82% of the total volume. The report also found that Binance, Bitget, and Hyperliquid (HYPE) ranked first, second, and third, respectively, in trading volume share for stock token perpetual futures during the first quarter.
