Violent attacks targeting crypto holders surge in France

A 25-year-old suspect has been arrested in France following an armed home invasion targeting a cryptocurrency investor, Cointelegraph reported. The incident, which occurred on April 11, involved the suspect posing as a delivery person. He allegedly confined the victim's family to a room and threatened them before one family member subdued him in a struggle. The outlet added that such incidents, known as wrench attacks, are surging in France, with one occurring on average every 2.5 days.
