AhnLab Blockchain Company obtains VASP license

AhnLab's blockchain subsidiary, AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC), obtained a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of South Korea's Financial Services Commission on April 23, Digital Asset reported. The license covers the transfer, custody, and management of digital assets. With the approval, the company plans to launch a Web3 financial infrastructure business targeting corporate clients.
