Iran says Strait of Hormuz will not return to pre-war state

Ali Nikzad, Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, stated in an interview on May 2 from the coast of the Strait of Hormuz that the strait will not return to its pre-war condition and that Iran will not retreat from its position on the waterway. Nikzad added that the parliament is scheduled to approve a bill on the management of the Strait of Hormuz.
