Bitwise to acquire Superstate's USCC fund

Crypto asset manager Bitwise announced it plans to acquire Superstate's USTB fund on June 1. Following the acquisition, the fund will be renamed the "Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund," while its existing Superstate blockchain infrastructure will be maintained. The fund, identified as USCC, currently holds approximately $267 million in assets under management.
