Robinhood Crypto COO to resign amid trading slowdown

May 22, 2026, 7:45 PM
Tatyana Denisova, chief operating officer of Robinhood's crypto division, is leaving the company after five years, CoinDesk reported. The move follows a period of worsening performance driven by a slowdown in the platform's crypto trading. In the first quarter of this year, Robinhood's crypto revenue plummeted 47% year-over-year to $134 million, falling short of estimates. According to a media outlet, the personnel change is part of Robinhood's broader effort to restructure its business and reduce its dependence on crypto market volatility.
