The Arbitrum Foundation has released a new funding proposal for its 2027 operations. According to the proposal, the foundation plans to secure operating funds worth a total of $43.5 million, which includes $16 million in real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, along with 1,740 ETH and 230 million ARB.
The foundation estimates its total operating expenditures for 2027 to be approximately $27.6 million and 244.9 million ARB. Over half of the budget, 54%, is allocated to technical maintenance, with additional funds designated for administration and ecosystem growth. The requested funding is less than the total budget because the foundation intends to cover the difference with its existing assets.
A formal on-chain vote on the proposal is scheduled to be initiated on June 8.
