Digital asset service firm Keyrock has agreed to acquire the bankrupt U.S. crypto trading firm BlockFills for $3.25 million, CoinDesk reported. Under the deal, Keyrock will take over most of BlockFills' assets, including its equity, customer lists, proprietary technology, intellectual property, and some of its liabilities. A court hearing to approve the sale is scheduled for June 16, and the acquisition will be finalized upon approval from the court and regulators. Reliz, the operator of BlockFills, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on March 15 after suffering losses of around $75 million. At the time of the filing, the company reported assets of $50 million to $100 million and liabilities of $100 million to $500 million.
