BTC transactions over $100K reach 6-week high in potential whale accumulation

On-chain Bitcoin (BTC) transactions valued at over $100,000 reached 10,095 in a single day, the highest level in six weeks, according to on-chain analytics firm Santiment. This marks the highest daily volume of such transactions since April 22. Santiment interpreted the surge in large-scale transfers as a sign of whale accumulation, based on historical precedent. The price of BTC was approximately $70,563 at the time the data was compiled.
