Mt. Gox makes test transfer to Bitstamp

An address linked to Mt. Gox made a test transfer of 0.000017 BTC to the Bitstamp exchange two hours ago after moving 116.3 BTC ($8.25 million) from a cold wallet to a hot wallet, EmberCN reported via X. The firm added that based on Mt. Gox's past transfer patterns, it is likely the full 116.3 BTC will subsequently be moved to Bitstamp. Mt. Gox currently holds 34,500 BTC ($2.39 billion).
