Binance to reapply for EU crypto license, vows to remain in market

Binance has stated it will remain in the European Union market and plans to reapply for a crypto license, despite facing difficulties in obtaining one, Walter Bloomberg reported. This comes after a Reuters report, which cited multiple sources, suggested that Binance's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license application in Greece is likely to be rejected. Additionally, French crypto media outlet The Big Whale reported that after failing to secure the Greek license, Binance is now pinning its final hopes on France. Meanwhile, the grace period granted by the EU for MiCA compliance, which has temporarily allowed exchanges to operate, is set to expire on July 1.
