According to The Block, Farage announced his resignation on X, denying the allegations and stating there was no wrongdoing or misuse of public funds. He is currently under investigation for allegedly lobbying the Bank of England on cryptocurrency policy after receiving an undeclared donation of £5 million ($6.7 million) from Christopher Harborne, a major shareholder in Tether.
