Web3 supporter Burnham to become UK prime minister on July 20

Andy Burnham, mayor of Greater Manchester and one of the few senior UK Labour figures to openly support cryptocurrency, will become UK prime minister on July 20, succeeding Keir Starmer, according to France 24. Burnham will be the seventh UK prime minister in the past 10 years. At a previous Web3 event, Burnham said, "Manchester was the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Now let’s make it the birthplace of the Web3 revolution."
