Ondo Finance unit wins U.S. SEC, FINRA approval to expand tokenized securities market

Oasis Pro Markets, Ondo Finance’s SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, has launched a compliant tokenized securities service after receiving formal approval from U.S. financial regulators. The service will now be subject to direct oversight by the U.S. SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA. With the approval, Oasis Pro Markets has secured the authority to carry out tokenized securities trading in the United States. Its main business scope includes core securities activities across over-the-counter trading, primary market underwriting and private placements.
