AFX offers hacker 30% bounty in exchange for return of 70% of stolen $24M

AFX has proposed a "White-hat" negotiation under which the attacker could legally keep 30% of the roughly $24 million stolen, provided 70% of the funds are returned. The offer was posted publicly on AFX's official X account, formerly Twitter, and was also sent directly to the attacker’s wallet address through an on-chain message.
