Long-term holder BTC supply hits record 15M BTC, Fidelity says

Bitcoin supply held by long-term holders has reached a record high, according to a CoinNess analysis of Fidelity Digital Assets data. About 15 million BTC has not moved for at least 155 days, and 40% of those holdings are currently at an unrealized loss. According to BeInCrypto, Fidelity Digital Assets research analyst Zack Wainwright said long-term holders are one of the clearest indicators of investor conviction, and added the data is nearing levels similar to on-chain signals seen near the bottoms of past market cycles.
