Zcash to activate Ironwood upgrade on July 28 to address Orchard pool vulnerability

Zcash plans to activate the Ironwood network upgrade at block height 3,428,143 on July 28. The upgrade will introduce a new shielded pool with quantum-recoverable notes and a turnstile mechanism designed to strengthen ZEC supply verification following concerns over a forgery vulnerability in the existing Orchard pool.
