Binance CSO says firm runs monthly phishing defense drills

Binance has conducted simulated phishing attacks on employees every month for the past four years, and staff who repeatedly fail the tests could be fired, Chief Security Officer Jimmy Su said, according to Cointelegraph. The drills are carried out by Binance's internal red team, which attempts to penetrate systems and identify vulnerabilities. Su said Binance runs the phishing attacks each month to check whether employees' security awareness is improving, adding that employees who fail receive follow-up training.
