Bitcoin limits losses to 3% as KOSPI plunges more than 10%

Bitcoin fell around 3% even as the KOSPI plunged more than 10% in a single day, Dailian reported. According to CoinGecko, Bitcoin traded at $63,544 as of 7:00 a.m. UTC today, down 2.9% from 24 hours earlier. The KOSPI closed at 6,023.66, down 10.84% from the previous session. Compared with its recent peak in mid-June, the index is down about 25%. More recently, however, Bitcoin has shown relatively greater stability than the KOSPI. Bitfinex analysts said the correlation between the two markets can vary depending on the cause of the shock and asset-specific supply and demand.
