FactBlock to compensate undelivered Gaia Phone buyers with about $1.4K per device

FactBlock will launch a support program funded from its own resources for buyers who have not received their Gaia Phone orders for an extended period, Digital Asset reported. FactBlock said it takes seriously the inconvenience and anxiety faced by Gaia Phone buyers amid the prolonged non-delivery situation and will implement a Gaia Phone buyer support program. The company said the program is a gratuitous support measure that FactBlock will operate independently, without cooperation or funding from Gaia. Support will amount to about 1.94 million won ($1,400) per device. Gaia Network unveiled its AI smartphone in a Korea Blockchain Week edition in July 2025 and began sales in September that year. Complaints over shipping delays and a lack of communication have since continued among the community and buyers.
