Nexo said it has put a compliance framework in place across the European Economic Area ahead of the rollout of Europe’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation and is continuing to operate without service disruptions. The crypto lending firm said its European business is currently run through Tangany, a custody provider with a MiCA license, and DLT Finance, which is authorized under MiCA and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. Tangany provides digital asset custody infrastructure, while DLT Finance provides brokerage infrastructure for digital assets and financial instruments.
