AEON says cumulative on-chain transaction volume tops $475 million Web3 payment layer AEON said through its official channel that its cumulative user base has surpassed 2.3 million, monthly on-chain transaction volume exceeds $30 million, and cumulative transaction volume has topped $475 million. AEON added that it is developing a native payment layer for autonomous AI agents and supporting the AI economy with trusted decentralized financial infrastructure. The network is also being upgraded to connect agent-to-agent, or A2A, transactions and agent-to-merchant, or A2M, transactions with real-world commerce, while the company plans to expand the network with the goal of building financial infrastructure that allows AI agents to make payments and conduct transactions without human intervention.
