Malaysian police raided illegal Bitcoin mining sites in the Tronoh area, arresting two men and seizing 73 mining rigs, the New Straits Times reported. Police said a joint operation with national utility TNB targeted three locations and found all three had been siphoning electricity illegally to mine BTC. The two suspects, ages 40 and 52, are under investigation for electricity theft and damage to electrical installations, according to the report.
