Hyperscale Data sells 100 BTC to fund Michigan AI data center

Hyperscale Data (GPUS), a U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury company, said it sold about 100 BTC to help fund development of an AI data center in Michigan. The proceeds will be used for construction, core infrastructure and equipment, the company said.
Hyperscale Data added it has also secured a credit facility backed by BTC collateral, allowing it to raise funds at a floating interest rate of 4.5% to 5.0%.
