Grayscale Investments has sent a letter urging the Senate to hold a floor vote on the CLARITY Act before the August recess. The company said lawmakers and staff had spent months working through difficult issues tied to jurisdiction, investor protection and safeguards for developers, and said the resulting framework protects investors, prevents legitimate developers from exercising excessive authority, and provides the certainty Americans deserve. Grayscale added that after months of bipartisan work, the Senate is now ready to take up the CLARITY Act.
