Arthur Hayes realizes $241K loss on partial ETH sale

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes sold part of his ETH holdings at a realized loss of about $241,000, according to Lookonchain. Over the past six hours, Hayes sold 2,364.38 ETH through Cumberland and Galaxy Digital at an average price of $1,821 per ETH, below his previous average purchase price of about $1,923, for a loss of roughly 5.3%. Hayes had earlier bought 7,213 ETH worth about $13.87 million, and the latest sale was confirmed as a partial disposal of that position.
