Coldcard urges users to move funds as security threat remains after $114M BTC hack

Coldcard, the crypto hardware wallet hit by a hack linked to a code flaw that has so far resulted in losses of about 1,816 BTC ($114 million), said in an update on its official X account that the security threat remains in place and recommended users install the security update, generate a new seed, and move their funds. Galaxy Research had previously estimated that losses from the Coldcard incident could rise to as much as 2,055 BTC.
