Proof Of Play, a Web3 game developer backed by a16z, is shutting down after failing to build a sustainable product and business model, Wu Blockchain reported. The Pirate Nation Foundation will continue operating independently and will keep supporting the PIRATE token. Another game, Shiba Story Go!, is expected to be acquired by a third party and run independently.
