China commerce ministry sanctions BNB Plus after Nasdaq delisting

August 05, 2026, 11:47 AM
China’s Ministry of Commerce announced sanctions on six companies, including Nasdaq-listed BNB Plus (BNBX), which has been strategically accumulating BNB. BNB Plus changed its name on Nov. 13 last year and shifted into a BNB accumulation company, or DAT, but its stock has fallen 92% this year. As a result, the company was delisted from Nasdaq on July 13 and is now traded only on the QTCQB over-the-counter market. Its current share price is around $0.11.
