Lummis says White House agreed to CLARITY Act ethics terms

U.S. Sen. Cynthia Lummis said the White House had agreed to an unprecedented level of ethics provisions for the CLARITY Act and strongly warned that if the bill ultimately fails to pass, Democrats refusing to negotiate would bear responsibility. Lummis also pointed to delays in advancing the bill despite the agreement with the administration.
