Coldcard maker Coinkite to focus on user support, not loss estimates Coinkite, the maker of the Bitcoin hardware wallet Coldcard, is focusing on supporting customers affected by the recent security incident and plans to publish a post-mortem once its full investigation is complete, Bloomberg reported. The company said its privacy-focused product design makes it difficult to independently verify outside estimates of stolen funds. Meanwhile, recent external research put estimated losses from the attack at around $130 million.
