Sen. Angela Alsobrooks said lawmakers will keep working toward passing the CLARITY Act properly after the U.S. Senate delayed a vote on the bill until September.
Alsobrooks said more than a year of bipartisan cooperation has been focused on reaching a fair agreement on consumer protection, preventing deposit outflows, curbing illicit finance and addressing ethics issues, adding that the goal remains to pass the CLARITY Act properly.
