Nansen CEO says BTC unlikely to fall below $60K again

Nansen founder and CEO Alex Svanevik said in an interview with Cointelegraph he personally does not expect Bitcoin to fall below $60,000 again, adding that prices under $60,000 are now in the past and current levels could mark the bottom of this cycle. Svanevik said the view is based on Bitcoin’s growing role as a hedge against expanded central bank money issuance, adding that BTC could find long-term support as global liquidity growth is unlikely to end anytime soon. Still, some in the market expect further downside. Veteran crypto investor Michael Terpin said BTC could fall into the $40,000 range, down about 66% from its all-time high of $126,100 reached in October 2025.
