Keel Infra ends U.S. Bitcoin mining, shifts sites to AI and HPC

Keel Infra, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin miner, said it has ended all Bitcoin mining operations in the U.S. and will repurpose its existing mining facilities for AI and high-performance computing data centers. The company also said second-quarter revenue fell 50% from a year earlier to $30.4 million, while quarterly net loss came to about $65 million. From April 1 to Aug. 7, Keel Infra sold a total of 1,085 BTC for about $75 million, reducing its Bitcoin holdings to 1,861 BTC.
