Binance places GLMR, ICX, MOVR, RARE and SOPH under Monitoring Tag

Binance announced the designation of five tokens for its Monitoring Tag today: GLMR, ICX, MOVR, RARE and SOPH. Tokens placed under the tag carry higher volatility and risk than other tokens and may face delisting later.
