Copper’s U.S. unit obtains SEC broker-dealer license, FINRA membership

Copper’s U.S. entity, Copper Markets, has obtained a broker-dealer license from the U.S. SEC and secured membership in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, according to Cointelegraph.
Copper was registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer on Aug. 7, according to Cointelegraph, allowing the company to offer custody, staking, financing and over-the-counter trading services to U.S. institutional investors.
