Tether CEO denies report that company is building a blockchain Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino denied a market analysis report claiming the USDT issuer is building its own blockchain, also known as a stablechain, BeInCrypto reported. Ardoino said Tether is not building any blockchain and has no plans to do so.
