Addresses tied to suspected SIREN manipulation also show signs of moving XPIN

EmberCN said some addresses suspected of leading SIREN price manipulation in June also appear to have manipulated XPIN. Two addresses beginning with 0x6449 and 0x58B0 deposited 1.324 billion XPIN, worth $1.71 million, into Binance Alpha, after which XPIN fell 29% to $0.0012 from $0.0017, according to EmberCN.
