An anonymous whale withdrew an additional 30,000 ETH worth $67.42 million from Binance 20 minutes ago, according to Lookonchain. Exchange outflows are typically interpreted as a sign of holding intent. Over the past three weeks, the whale has withdrawn a total of 120,000 ETH worth $237.7 million from Binance.
