The Sandbox attacker minted 14.9 billion SAND, PeckShield says

An attacker who exploited a vulnerability in metaverse project The Sandbox minted a total of 14.9 billion SAND using two addresses, 0xAbE0...4D22 and 0x638C...F296, according to PeckShield. ChainCatcher had earlier reported signs of abnormal token minting in The Sandbox's Base-chain SAND smart contract, and South Korean exchanges Bithumb and Upbit have suspended SAND deposits and withdrawals.
