Ceffu sends $136.5M USDC to Binance, withdraws $263.8M in BTC and ETH

An address believed to belong to Ceffu, Binance’s institutional custody platform, deposited 136.54 million USDC into Binance over the past 30 minutes and then withdrew 1,524 BTC ($117.89 million) and 59,484 ETH ($145.92 million), according to Lookonchain.
