Empery Digital says BTC holdings fall to 1,179

Nasdaq-listed Empery Digital (EMPD) said it currently holds 1,179 BTC. The company said it has about $62 million in cash and $35 million in debt, while maintaining its Bitcoin accumulation strategy and expanding investment in AI infrastructure and data centers.
