CME adds BTIC tool for Bitcoin futures expiry risk management

CME Group will offer a BTIC function for Bitcoin futures traders to help manage basis risk at expiry, Crypto Briefing reported. The product allows traders to lock in a premium or discount, or spread, relative to the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate rather than at a specific outright price.
