BlackRock crypto portfolio rises more than $15B in August

BlackRock’s cryptocurrency portfolio grew by more than $15 billion in August as Bitcoin and Ethereum climbed, Finbold reported, citing blockchain analytics platform Arkham Intelligence. The portfolio’s value rose 28.3%, or $15.11 billion, to $68.48 billion as of today from $53.36 billion on Aug. 1. The value of IBIT holdings increased to $60.35 billion from $47.69 billion, while ETHA holdings rose to $8.12 billion from $5.67 billion.
