SBI Holdings to buy 20% stake in Indonesia’s Ajaib for $270M

Japan’s financial group SBI Holdings will invest $270 million to acquire a 20% stake in Indonesian online securities and crypto platform Ajaib, Crypto Briefing reported. The deal values Ajaib at about $1.35 billion. Ajaib supports trading in stocks, funds, bonds and cryptocurrencies, and has more than 3 million users.
