UK police seize $1.4M in crypto and cash tied to darknet crime

Police in Avon and Somerset in southwest England seized £1.03 million ($1.36 million) in cryptocurrency and cash in a criminal asset recovery case, The Block reported. The seized cryptocurrency included 20.21 BTC, and police identified the assets as linked to darknet marketplaces that operated from 2016 to 2019.
