Garrett Jin’s unrealized gain on 3x leveraged BTC long tops $4M

Garrett Jin, the BitForex founder who has faced allegations of profiting from insider trading ahead of last October’s largest-ever forced liquidation event, has seen the unrealized gain on his 3x leveraged BTC long position exceed $4 million. According to Hyperbot, Jin added a 600 BTC long position two days ago when BTC was at $79,000. Meanwhile, an existing short position of 32,700 ZEC entered at an average price of $444 is now showing an unrealized loss of more than $11.5 million.
