Crypto projects post record $640M in token buybacks this year

Crypto projects have carried out about $640 million in token buybacks this year, marking the largest total on record, Cointelegraph reported. Hyperliquid (HYPE) and Pump.fun (PUMP) accounted for about 90% of the total buyback amount.
