Binance to end BounceBit mainnet support for BB

Binance announced it will end support for BounceBit (BB) on the BounceBit mainnet and instead support deposits and withdrawals via BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The move follows BounceBit’s decision to permanently shut down its own chain after a hacking incident. Deposits and withdrawals on the BounceBit mainnet were already suspended at 2:00 a.m. UTC on Aug. 20, while BSC-based BB deposits and withdrawals will be supported starting at 7:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 1.
